This one is difficult, and you could spend a long time trying to figure out who "HE" is and who "me" is. In this case, "HE" is Binder.
NotMyName
Even knowing who "HE" is doesn't put us that much closer to the answer. However, if you remember where we first see Dark Lore, it's when Lore first encounters The Artifact.
