To get to this page you have to play through the demo and get the Darksider Glyphs from 4 endings and translate them. They read:
DONOTTRUSTTHEM GIVEUPGIVEINGIVEOUT BURNBRIGHTBURNOUT SOMETIMESWHENYOUWINYOULOSE
Combine all 4 answers into 1 word and add that after the "DIVERGENCE/" in the URL for The Choice to arrive at this page.
In the page's source you will see:

The key word "Francis" tells us the cipher we have to use is the Baconian cipher. Using a key of A=E and B=G the above text deciphers to "NINETEEN".
